We use your email address as your username, and we check that at the start of the process. If you are an existing member trying to log in with a social account and are asked to verify your identity, then it means that the email address we have for you is different to the one tied to your Facebook, Google, or Apple account. Please double check your email address and if you cannot remember your password then you can use our password reset facility.
