The security of your information is extremely important to us and we’re dedicated to protecting your personal information through encryption, monitoring and identity verification.

Given the personal nature of the service we want to make sure that only you are able to access your account. The way we do this is to use your email address as your username and we need to check that at the start of the process.

We require a unique email address for each account, so if you usually share an email inbox, you will have to set up a new email address for one of you. Many of our members use one of the free providers such as Gmail or Outlook.

We also offer the ability to sign up with a Facebook, Google, or Apple account but please note these social accounts are generally tied to an email address.
