We require a unique email address for each account, so if you usually share an email inbox, you will have to set up a new email address for one of you. Many of our members use one of the free providers such as Gmail or Outlook.
From Wednesday 14 May 2025, you will no longer be able to access your credit score, or manage a credit file ban via our website and app.
While our website and app will close, we’ll continue to provide free access to Experian credit scores via the CommBank app, where more than two million Australians are already choosing to check their credit health.
