Credit Savvy provides credit scores and credit file information from Experian, one of Australia’s official credit reporting bodies.
We use your postal address to help match you with your records at Experian, so it’s important we capture this accurately. To help you with this we use address lookup technology. Unfortunately, some new or unusual addresses do not appear on the database. It’s rare, but even some established addresses are not included. Our data providers update their databases all the time so hopefully your address will be included soon.
If your address does not appear as an option, you can click on the “Type address manually” link below the address field to enter your address manually. You can also try entering a previous address instead as this may still help us locate your file at Experian. If you do this, you should periodically try to update your address in Personal Information.
Please note that if you are unable to verify your identity through our service then you can still obtain your free credit report directly from Experian once every 3 months. Please see Experian’s website to order your credit report from them.
