From Wednesday 14 May 2025, you will no longer be able to access your credit score, or manage a credit file ban via our website and app.
While our website and app will close, we’ll continue to provide free access to Experian credit scores via the CommBank app, where more than two million Australians are already choosing to check their credit health.

You can change the email address associated with your Credit Savvy account directly through the ‘Personal Information’ page on your account up until Wednesday 14 May 2025. Some guidance on how to do this is included below:
Navigate to the ‘Personal Information’ page and authenticate your account
Click on the email address field to update to a new email address
Once you have done so, we will send an email (to your new email address) to confirm that the change has been made
Please ensure you click the link in the email to authorise the change
