Your score may have dropped because credit providers in Australia are now beginning to provide additional information to Credit Reporting Bodies (CRBs) in what is known as Comprehensive Credit Reporting (CCR).
The new categories of information included in your credit file under Comprehensive Credit Reporting include repayment history information and account information.
Your credit score is calculated by Experian, one of Australia’s official CRBs and the addition of this data may have caused your score to change.
We suggest you keep monitoring your credit score as it is quite likely that with the addition of new information and repayment data over the coming months your score will move again.
