Credit Savvy provides credit file information from Experian, one of Australia’s official credit reporting bodies.

A default is recorded on your credit file if your payment of $150 or more is overdue by 60 days or more. A default is kept on your credit file for five years, even after the amount has been repaid.

If you wish to discuss your Experian credit file or credit score in detail, please contact the Experian Consumer Operations Team at 1300 783 684 (9am-5pm Monday to Friday) or email [email protected]
