Credit Savvy provides credit scores and credit file information from Experian, one of Australia’s official credit reporting bodies.

Once you have updated your name with your credit providers and lodge a new credit application, this information will flow through to Experian. Experian will then merge any credit file information that you have under either name.

We are unable to change the name that you have used to sign up to Credit Savvy as we only use your name for the initial identification and retrieval of your Experian credit file. But you will continue to receive your score and file information as per normal. You can include your new name under the preferred name section found in ‘Personal Information’.

If you would prefer to cancel your account, please note that you will need to log in to your account first. You can do so here:

  • Log in to your account.

  • Once you're logged in, navigate to the ‘Settings’ icon and select ‘My Profile & Settings

  • Towards the bottom of the webpage, you'll find the option to cancel your account.

App

  • Log in to your App.

  • Once you're logged in, navigate to the ‘Settings’ icon and select ‘My Profile & Settings

  • Scroll to the bottom and you'll find the option to cancel your membership.
