Why can’t I sign up to Credit Savvy?

As of 14 May 2025, you can no longer log in to a Credit Savvy account or create a new one.

We recently made the decision to focus solely on providing our credit score service to partners, rather than direct to consumers via our website and app, which have now closed.

If you still have the Credit Savvy app installed on your device, it will no longer work and should be deleted.
