If you receive a call from Credit Savvy asking for your ID documents or payment details, it is a scam.
Information that we may ask
At the time of sign-up, we ask for up to three ID documents (Medicare, passport or driver’s licence).
If you have never set up an account with us, but an account is opened under your name, we will ask for your full name, date of birth and suburb, in order to properly verify you and respond to what may have been a fraudulent account opening.
If you are unable to reset your password and need further assistance, to verify that you are the true account holder, we would ask for your full name, the email address that you used to sign up and your date of birth.
In both of the above situations, you would be the first one reaching out to our customer support team.
