While our website and app will close, we’ll continue to provide free access to Experian credit scores via the CommBank app.

How to continue accessing your credit score for free:

I don’t have the CommBank app installed

Not a CommBank customer? No problem! You can access your free credit score without needing to hold a CommBank financial product – just make sure you have one form of photo ID handy (we recommend a passport or Australian driver licence). Download and open the app and tap “Sign up to CommBank”. When the heading ‘Get started’ appears, select ‘Check your credit score’ and follow the on-screen prompts to verify your identity and agree to appoint Credit Savvy to access your credit score.

I already have the CommBank app installed

If you’re a CommBank customer and already have the latest version of the CommBank app installed, log on and search ‘check credit score’. First-time users will need to follow the prompts to appoint Credit Savvy to access their credit score.

I’d prefer to access my score via NetBank

If you’re already a CommBank customer, you can also head to the Credit Score page on the CommBank website. From there, press the ‘Check credit score’ button, and log into NetBank using your CommBank client number and password. First-time users will need to follow the prompts to appoint Credit Savvy to access their credit score.

I’d rather explore other options

Check out the Moneysmart website, which has lots of useful information about how to access your credit score for free.
