We’re making some changes to the services we provide and how you can access them.

From Wednesday 14 May 2025, you will no longer be able to access your credit score, or manage a credit file ban via our website and app.

While our website and app will close, we’ll continue to provide free access to Experian credit scores via the CommBank app, where more than two million Australians are already choosing to check their credit health.

Not a CommBank customer? No problem! You can access your free credit score without needing to hold a CommBank financial product. Find out how to sign up.
