Over the past few years, we’ve noticed a shift in how people are choosing to check their credit scores with us.

Fewer are logging into our app and website, while the majority are now accessing their score via the CommBank app – thanks to a free service powered by Credit Savvy. More than two million people are already accessing their credit score this way, and with anyone now able to download the CommBank app and access our free credit score service there, even if they don’t hold a CommBank financial product, it made sense for us to focus where we could have the biggest impact on people’s financial wellbeing.
