With all member accounts due to close on Wednesday 14 May 2025, along with our website and app, we have removed the ability for new member sign-ups.

We will continue to provide free access to Experian credit scores via the CommBank app, which you can access without needing to hold a CommBank financial product – just follow the steps here.

Existing members can continue to log into their accounts via our app and website up to Wednesday 14 May 2025.
